Im loving the show now, even more so since walking dead decided to stink up the place with its last offerings.
Murphy is getting pretty good at the acting scene now- must be the new drama teacher.
This weeks episode was great, flashbacks to what happened on day one- like a mini fear the walking dead condensed ep.
At the start of series one, you knew money was tight.
But by season two, the special guests are rolling in - george martin! Brilliant cameo and very funny dig.
Even the drama that unfolded in the chapel was very touching.
Doc was excellent in his typical dozy way, and i really think this will be the show to watch next year.
The writers have nailed it from day one, its just taken the b movie acting to catch up with them.

Long may it continue.

I really urge folk to try it again, maybe pick it up from last episode of season one - it seems to get direction from that point.

You wont be disappointed - they even do a mad max ep- and a huge zombie herd - what happens is text book.

Im sure there is a dig at WD when the collector nabs murphy - again brilliant writing.

I REALLY like this show.I think it's hilarious. It's a great filler for in between Walking Dead times. There have even been weeks where I have looked forward to Z Nation more than TWD!:disillusionment:

I thought the same stacy, WD was dragging me down with the promise of tommorow - whereas you knew you were in for some dumbass plot to unfold like scooby doo on Zweed.

Zweed - another reason to watch!

n for some dumbass plot to unfold like scooby doo on Zweed.

Starting to like this show better than TWD. Check out this segment from the Grand Canyon episode. Great music and the whole segment done like a music video. (some of the segment was edited down)

*** Don’t watch if you haven’t seen Season 2, Episode 10 yet. ***

Ok,if you combine these two things together I think you get a pretty good idea of what to expect from the show:)

I had a zombie holiday season. I was dvr-ing the 2nd season episodes until I got them all so I could watch in order. I finally got them all right before Christmas and just finished watching the 2nd season last night. This season was a hoot. Those zombie baby episodes were hilarious. The 2nd to last episode (flashback episode of where the main characters were when the zombie apocalypse started) was a dud but I enjoyed the other 14.

I watched the first season a while back on netflix and it took me a few episodes to get the feel for what they were doing. I love the B-movie quality and humor. One thing that I have noticed is the strange use of color in this show. Different episodes have different color effects. There are several episodes that will use a washed out sky (bright white sometimes) and other episodes that seem to be missing a color or two. The different looks for each episode has been an interesting aspect. I also like that each episode is a story with a beginning and end. Even though there is an arc for the season, you can watch the episodes out of order without it being essential that you know what happened before it.

Can't wait for season 3.
