Ear rubbing is a great way to relieve stress so it may in fact help you feel better. Different folks feel results rubbing different parts of the ear. I work the lobes usually. I look like dumbo now, but it feels pretty good.

Holy Wow! You are the hero for the day! Before I read that I actually just did the #7 without knowing it had a name and a purpose, probably more than 18 times and it sort of felt like some pressure released from my head. Either that or 800mg of Ibuprofen finally kicked it. But I think it was the ear trick - I too those Advil about 2 hours ago. I feel normal.
7: Qi gong ear massage:
Scrub the ears from front to the back with the palms of your hands. Continue 18 times. This will energize your entire body. If you wish to stimulate your organs then spend longer scrubbing the centre area of your ears.
