Must be confusing me with someone else as I don't have a dog now or is that what you think I call my SO?Biscuits? Doesn't that make your dog's lips stick together?

We always just scooped it up in a bowl and poured maple syrup over it but apparently some people heat up the maple syrup first and then pour it over to make a taffy-type candy with it.Mmmm, I have never tried maple syrup on snowcones or ice cream. I think maybe I've been missing out! Sounds delicious, much better than fruity flavors!
Yummy! Both ways sound really good. Does it kind of get a crust on it, like a hot fudge sundae? We always just scooped it up in a bowl and poured maple syrup over it but apparently some people heat up the maple syrup first and then pour it over to make a taffy-type candy with it.
More crunchy than that IIRC. It's been many, many years since I've done that--a couple decades is more like it now that I think about it.Yummy! Both ways sound really good. Does it kind of get a crust on it, like a hot fudge sundae?
All this talk about sunglasses made me think of thisSplendid day. Sunglasses on. 26 C today but it is said the rest of the week will be chillier.
I am ready to hire a yard service - the weeds in the back yard are getting rather high. Our weather's been crap pretty much all year. Everyone came out into the street a couple of weeks ago, though, looking up and blinking like moles in the unexpected light. No one seemed to know what that bright yellow-white thing in the sky was. In the end someone looked it up online and went 'It's the sun!'
Much rejoicing was had. The gods had not forsaken us after all!
That was on a Wednesday. It rained every day for a week after that, and it was decidedly chilly.
I'm only half-joking there. We have had 4 days of 'average or slightly above average' warmth. The rest of the time, forget it. And weekends! What a joke.
Our lawn's started to look like a rain forest, but with all the rain it's either raining, about to rain, or the ground's still soaked because of the last lot of rain. Yet we keep getting told that the weather has been 'glorious' in the region. Not 'round 'ere, it ay.
Inside at the office so not able to enjoy it. I did step outside a few minutes ago to walk out to the mailbox and think I might be coming down with something and have to go home early, though. Feels like a serious case of spring fever. It's actually a bit warm out today. I felt a little something trickle down my face that wasn't cold beer for a change. Where's Ms. Mod? This is unbelievable.

Wowzer! I agree, you should go home before you get heat exhaustion.Yes, I'm not feeling well either. That sweat trickling down my face was due to a fever as well. LOL! It's 87F out here if you can believe it.
