Yes, I thought Sophie was a little bit wooden at the beginning but by the end, I thought she was doing a better job. Maybe it was how she was directed, sinceThey did a great job once again. Didn't mind most of the changes they made as it didn't really change the basic plot. Almost didn't recognize Claire with that hairdo. Not overly impressed with Sophie Skelton's acting so far.
Yes, I thought Sophie was a little bit wooden at the beginning but by the end, I thought she was doing a better job. Maybe it was how she was directed, sincethe relationship between Bri and Claire was supposed to be somewhat of an emotionally distant one. I did enjoy the hints of the blooming relationship between Bri and Roger, I thought they played very well off of each other.
I was distracted by Claire's eye shadow! It looked like the kind that used to have to be applied wet. Probably was supposed to look that way, but I kept looking at the one swipe of darker color. It was really distracting to me when she wastalking to Jamie at the grave site.
My recollection from the books was that it was a much more painful experience, not just hearing a little buzzing. One thing that sticks out for me as being "wrong" is the way Claire is affected by the stones. I didn't think they got that right at the very beginning, and it was the same with the last one. It is a small thing, I guess. But I couldn't help thinking of it whenshe and Jamie were together that last time before she went back through. Because they were inside the circle of stones.
So, what you guys talking about?
Yes! It took me out of the moment a little bit.My recollection from the books was that it was a much more painful experience, not just hearing a little buzzing.
Ha, me too. That funny wee rounded line of colour.I was distracted by Claire's eye shadow! It looked like the kind that used to have to be applied wet. I love Sam! I want his hair to be longer. But mmm-mmm.Ha, me too. That funny wee rounded line of colour.
I have to add that I have been disappointed by Jamie - granted he has done a better job this season than last. Compared to how manly and capable (that far from explains him, but if you've read them you'll know what I mean) Jamie is in the books, I just dont get that from Sam Heughan - plus he is not big enough.
My worry is of course thatI love Sam! I want his hair to be longer. But mmm-mmm.
It's ok. We won't hold it against you.My worry is of course thatYet I do see a LOT of people like him - maybe its me.if he doesn't fill a young Jamie then how will he be a fully grown one, I mean some of the best story line is yet to come
Phew! It's ok. We won't hold it against you.
Okay. I started reading this thinking, "oh my gawd, Marsha thought my hair was filthy." But then you threw in Julia and all was right with my world once again. No complaints from me about him. Hubba hubba
I was thinking of Dana Jean in the past couple of episodes because his hair definitely looked to me like it needed washing which would have been appropriate considering the conditions. Unlike Julia Shumway's from Under the Dome!

I personally think if they would've thrown some dirt, sticks and a few bugs in Julia's hair, Under the Dome would've been a success.
