I have always only been a reader of people's autobiography's the only story books i have read were back in my teens they were the first 3 Harry potter books i didn't read the 4th as i was not prepared to tackle all of the 636 pages it was double the pages of the 3rd book.
Anyway i'm now in my late 20's and tackled some big autobiography's most recently Arnold Schwarzeneggers autobiography which was 700 pages long. So i wanted to start reading stories and i have always fancied reading Stephen kings books i think i'm ready now.
i picked Carrie to read i am reading it on the kindle so i don't know how many pages it is but according to my research online it is only 200 pages seems a lot more than that on the kindle as it says the first chapter is just over 3 hours reading time and the second chapter is just over 4 hours reading time. Anyway i am just starting chapter 2 the prom night i have not seen the movie Carrie yet that's why i thought i would read it instead of reading a book where i have already seen the film i might avoid those books what do you think ?
