...that little lady is one I never had the chance to meet or interview during my full time radio days....ok, there are a ton of celebrities I've not spoken to-but I always enjoyed her, she made bubble-gum pop listenable....

Disorientation Day 2 in the books. Third and final day tomorrow.
Wandered into a local bar & grille for dinner. Ordered a steak. Waiting for it now. Drinking some citrusy hard cider. Pretty tasty.

Painting two of the three flower containers I have to enter in time for the fair looks extremely doubtful, due to both heat and smoke, but I got as far as transplanting stuff growing in one into a container not for the fair.
Perpetually feel just about to sneeze and sometimes do. The oppressiveness of the smoke finally overcame the oppressiveness of the heat so I removed the fan and closed the window of the room where I sleep. Hope to keep cool enough with just a standing fan.
New pillows arrived so I washed all the pillowcases, decided which case for which pillow and which pillow for which bed, and the couch.

Had a great time seeing Tiffany last night but dragging a bit today. I need to caffeine up though because I take Mr. Blue for spinal injections this afternoon and then...finally...IT HAPPENS!
I'm supposed to go on the treadmill and work on some drawings. Whether I will actually do that is another story.

It's been Friday here 30 minutes! Wooo! Wooo! Wooo! I'm trying to shake off the exhaustion of a grueling Thursday (hardest work day of the week if you ask me) and I'm drinking a low carb malt based beverage. It could be better. Wooo! Wooo! Wooo!

I found that remark a bit condescending. It was gauche! Even a little bit booshwah! If someone can draw and 'go on a treadmill' at the same time, I think it's quite an achievement. I have trouble going sometime even under normal circumstances. I'm almost dead certain I couldn't go on exercise equipment. Maybe if I was alone. With a full bladder. I'm gonna stop here. I sort of need to go.
Probably going to continue to reread IT until it's time for me to fall asleep.

My plan was to get all svelte and tan during the course of the summer, which I somewhat achieved last year, but it did not happen. I have done "dick all" today (I hope that is allowed on this Board). I'm watching The Mist on Spike TV, looking at the clock and trying to motivate myself to get going.
Working 4:30 to 10 p.m. shift and it's now 1:44 already.
I need to go downstairs, make some coffee and food and Get my butt in gear!
