Happy Sunday Tet! It's finally cooler here. A/C off, windows open. I'm ready to decorate for Halloween, but I'm reigning it in. It's too early, or is it?
We went to the noodle place yesterday and I ordered something called "Fried Garlic", thinking it would be something special. It was literally two bulbs of garlic, deep fried. Not breaded, no sauce on the side, just exactly what it said. I brought them home in a bag and I still don't know what to do with them. Smash them up in butter for garlic bread? Smash them up in cream cheese for a bagel schmear? I don't know. Greasy garlic, not even peeled. The noodles were perfect though.
Yard work today. I'm praying and hoping it starts raining while I'm at CGS. I'm sick of yard work. Hopefully this will be the last time I have to cut the weeds today. Maybe next year I'll spray the yard and we'll have grass.
Coffee is perfect, waffles for breakfast. Y'all come on over!
