Oh holy hell. I almost toppled from the weight of regurg when I read "Root Beer Peep." That is just one messed up combination.

How can you hate peps. I love peeps.
You guys in the states get all the fun snack foods and stuff. We Canadians do not get the fun stuff as much. I am looking for the unicorn fruit loops. Those look good, the flavour is supposed to be birthday cake. I did enjoy the Superman cereal a few years ago.. I am looking forward to when I move out I can buy the fun bb8 cerals and fun ones, wiht out my mom telling me I should not waste my money on those. I do like some of my food to be fun

...my eldest son, he of the bearded wonder and gauged ears, loves him some Peeps.....the after effect on his hirsute chin is somewhat horrifying though....

I just caved
- was reading this thread, one thing led to another (watching Peep videos of them melting in the microwave) and next thing you know I just made a square pan of Marshmallow Rice Krispie treats.
Did not use Peeps, just regular generic miniature marshmallows.
I do have some jumbo jet puff marshmallows - maybe I'll experiment and put one of those in the microwave just to watch it swell

I know! I have some of that coarse granulated raw brown sugar - I'll roll them in that after they're soft - home made Peeps
