Hi all
Neesy we don't use medical marijuana over here, it's not legalized, maybe in just a few trials but that's all.
I had my chemo yesterday and have a pump for 48 hours giving me more chemo, that comes off tomorrow. I've been tired and symptons so far are that I can't have any cold drinks or food as my throat
goes funny. This happened last time.

Best wishes Aussie. Hang in there. Do whatever you can to keep your spirits up. You're favorite foods, Ice Cream. Anything that gets your endorphins going. Staying connected and dish the dirt with your friends, staying part of the willy nilly of the world is from what I hear, incredibly important. If it feels good, do it! A dose of these guys can't hurt! They've gotten me thru a lot.

Like GW says - try to keep positive

- I know that here in Winnipeg they are talking about legalizing marijuana this coming July, plus I used to smell patients smoking it across the street from the Health Sciences Centre when I was going to my vehicle after my shift.

I wish I could mail you some! :m_bigwink:

Sending positive vibes and good wishes your way

You know marijuana can cure some of the illness including my depressive disorder and anxiety, I am suffering it for almost 2 yrs now since my 1st born child past away. By the way, it happened when I am 16 yrs old. Yes, I am very young at that time. That's why i don't know what will happen to me that time. I can't really imagine why she left me that fast. I know its kinda weird but I try to use MJ as my relief for what happens to me and I think it helps me a lot.

Hi all
So I ended up in hospital again on March 21 with severe pain in my stomach and vomiting. They said I had an obstruction in the bowel which should clear within 2 days. It didn't clear so on 27 March I had major surgery again. A few days later my bowels started working again. I didn't leave hospital until last Saturday7 April.
Unfortunately the pathology came back as some cancer in the bowel again and I will need more chemo once I recover from surgery.
I had booked to go away tomorrow 11 April to Adelaide and Queensland so had to cancel my holiday, luckily I have insurance so should get my money back.
I'm still not feeling that good but slowly getting better.
Thanks
Aussie12
I'm so sorry and hope you are feeling better. I totally relate to you and your pain. I am stage 4 ovarian cancer and have been through 8 cycles of dense dose (24 weekly treatments) chemo and surgery. I'm told I may survive 2- 5 years--but hey, only the man upstairs knows that. I'm trying to live every day t the fullest. I'll keep you in my prayers.

Healing vibes - my husband had squamous cell carcinoma on his tongue, following by surgery, reconstruction and radiation therapy. That was 10 years and 9 months ago - so there's always hope ((((Kat611))))
