We’ve come to accept road construction to be a never-ending hassle. Road construction goes on 12 months out of the year and yet we still have the worse roads in the nation. It’s almost orgasmic to find a stretch of road free from potholes.Pennsylvania is a weird state,every time I have gone through it,the interstate is under massive construction,yet they never seem to make progress..must be some kind of money making boondoggle by the politicians and the construction guys..next time GNT go north,take 90 east..lots less traffic and more scenic than miles and miles of construction concrete barriers..

I'll second that!!Sounds like Florida. Here, the DOT spends a couple of years adding a lane to a road and as soon as they are done, they tear the same road up and add another lane.
