That's because you haven't!;)

It is beautiful today! Lovely state y'all have here!
Just wait until you see Bar Harbor. Are you going to go to Acadia National Park? I'd recommend it even if you just do a drive through and go to the top of Cadillac Mountain. The Jordan Pond restaurant in the park is nice but a little on the pricey side. They're known for the popovers that they serve as their bread basket.

Yay! Welcome to those that have arrived here to this great state! It is indeed a gorgeous day and I am stuck at work while ya'll are playing :biggrin-new: However, tomorrow is a vacation day and the fun shall begin! No need for nerves folks, it's the same as chatting on here only face to face and maybe with a tad more alcohol involved.
:very_drunk:
For those in Bar Harbor today, if you see this PLEASE tell me you'll go to Ben and Bill's and get a lobster ice cream. You must! Trust me, it's worth it :biggrin2:
Eat at Geddy's or the Jordan Pondhouse. If you go to the Pondhouse though you have to get popovers!!

I will be coming by myself! I got Childcare for Alex and Kevin would only be able to be there late Saturday, So he’s going to skip it. I wish I could leave from work, because I work basically in Portsmouth. Unfortunately, I have to drive to Concord and avoid the Stratham Fair traffic to drop Alex off at my friend’s. Long story short, expect to be in Bangor to check into my hotel between 830 and 9:00 PM. I guess I will send a text to Scott at that point to make sure it’s not too late to come for the barbecue. I apologize for the tardiness in getting my final head count in, but my Childcare was not finalized until yesterday. I will be staying at the Quality Inn by the mall in case anyone wants to carpool to any events and will be staying nearby!

Just glad that you're able to make it all. Safe journeys!

One more question: is there anything besides dinner Saturday that will require more than casual clothes?
Not really. Bangor is pretty laid back so even casual clothes would be fine for dinner. OJ's isn't a dress up kind of place and the meet and greet on Saturday afternoon isn't going to be a fancy affair either. Dysart's is a truck stop restaurant. Need I say more? :)
