As I get older, my conversations with myself seem to get longer and longer, more like a running commentary that goes on 24-7 except I seem to actually be talking out loud more nowadays. Strange looks from my wife. She usually lets me just go on then will send me a text on my phone from across the room telling me "How's that conversation with yourself going?" I sheepishly stop conversing with myself and tell her to mind her own business...lol

Oh dear - this happened to me. Something happened early one morning - a conversation or 'argument' with my spouse. So there I was grumbling away to myself (in fact, probably talking out loud to myself!) while sitting in the driver's seat and waiting for the car to warm up (hey - it was dark outside - winter).

I look over at the next driveway and there is my (young) neighbour staring at me like I've gone Loony Tunes. Now she avoids eye contact with me. Good thing they are only renting (maybe they will move!!)
