I try to get as many of them as I can too, but I really love them in a collected form. A new story or two would be nice though.
A Book of "New Stories" in the Fall of 2015?

Oh, I know, me too! I just finished up Different Seasons (not technically short stories, but....)right before Mr. Mercedes was out but read it on my kindle this time around because my paperback wouldn't have made it through another read. I started on my hardback copy but then used a credit I had to get it on the kindle.
I'm happy to see him collecting his short stories into another collection, I lack the means to track them all down in their various magazine releases and what not. Better to have them all in one place.

Oh, I like them all in one place also. I just hope there are new items in there also. One I've not read (that was published only in France and Germany was "Bad Little Kid". I really hope it's in the collection.

If I were taking bets I'd think that one is a pretty safe one to make being in the upcoming collection. And the one he read at that college speech, "Afterlife" would probably be another.
"Afterlife" was published in the volume 14, number 4 issue of Tin House this year. I got it in June.

But don't forget, man. Some people (me included) don't live in the USA or don't speak english. So, there a lot of new stories published in magazines and e-books, but a lot of fans weren't able to apreciate them, or because they couldn't reach the magazines, or because they couldn't read them. However, I'm confident there will be some new stories in this collection too (perhaps Bad Little Kid in english).

....I've been waiting for the word that another collection was in the offing...I am not above searching them all down from various sources, but it's much cheaper and easier to get them this way, plus I feel like a kid at Christmas, with a whole bunch of "little" presents to open....
Will be waiting to get my eyes on the stories. Can't wait.

I am so happy about this!! His collections are some of my favourites!! I almost get more excited about them, than his full on novels.
If I can find the other thread where this was asked, I'll post it there as well but some of you had asked about whether "Bad Little Kid" would be included. I've asked Steve and we've confirmed that the exclusive which France and Germany had will expire in June 2015 so it will be able to be included since the collection won't be out until the autumn of 2015. As of now, the plan is to include it.
Back when Just After Sunset came out, I discussed on here how it would be nice if the stories had their titles on each right page, like it used to be rather than have the collection title on every single page. I think it makes it a lot easier to find the story you're looking for, also gives you a visual idea of the length of the story. I remember you responded that you would slip a word about it for future collections. Do you think think it will be the case for this new collection?
Oh man, a new collection is so exciting to hear about! I've read some of the magazine ones, but nowhere near all of them, so I can't wait for them to be collected up and put together. 
Thanks for the reminder--I'd completely forgotten. Will make a note of that and send on to the publisher for consideration. I think it's a great idea but might end up costing slightly more because they'd have to be more attentive to the layout.
