My dad lives with me a he has type 2 diabetes. He's got it under control pretty well but I'm always thinking about things to make that don't raise his sugar levels and that everyone else can eat too. I tried whole wheat pasta once and it was horrible but it maybe it was just the brand I bought or maybe it's better than it used to be. There is quinoa pasta out there now that from what I've read tastes good. It's expensive and has a pretty limited selection of pasta types but I can live the expensive as long as it's good. I also see mixes of quinoa and wheat or brown rice etc.
So anyway, my question is do any of you guys eat this stuff and can you recommend products, brands, etc that are good?
