I tuned in for a minute last night. It was during ELO's performance. I was digging it until they cut to Taylor Not-So-Swift and her pals doing the white-girl dance. Had to run to the bathroom and get sick.

Turned it off after that.

I gave up watching award shows when I found I didn't recognize or care about the nominees. The days of glamour and mystery are gone, and I have no interest in trying to guess how naked a performer could get in public.

Madonna I think has finally become obsolete as a performer. Her big deal was to be new and shocking. She really has become a one trick pony. SHe didn't used to be that way, but she is now. Same type of choreography moves (we get it, you are in great shape.) Same type of scanty outfits showing us how in shape you are. And lots of half naked men. It's boring Madge. Wear a pretty dress and sit on a chair and sing and I would sit up and take notice. Quit hiding behind all the theatrics. And I wish they would quit calling her a dancer. She isn't a dancer. Anyone can learn choreography and if they are stretched out can hike their legs in odd positions. It's insulting to real dancers.

Sure looks like that strap is a bit strained. That outfit is so TACKY and unsanitary! I would not sit in any chair she sat in wearing that! NASTY.

I be embarrassed if I were Rocco or Lourdes and she was my mother.

I can just see Madonna seething back stage at this performance by Lady Gaga and Tony Bennett. Madonna wishes she had 1/10 the voice Gaga has.

I only watched the first two hours, but I enjoyed it. AC/DC was fun, and I always love seeing Jeff Lynne, who appears to be having the time of his life. I wasn't impressed with Miranda Lambert's performance, nor the song, but for the most part it was entertaining.
