He actually printed out the lyrics to Merry Christmas from the Family and had all of his friends sing it at one of their Christmas parties one year!

....I wish they’d stop playing the damn thing!....it was a hell of an effort at the time, but it doesn’t deserve an annual place in the pantheon of Christmas music..
I know, I used to just love this song, but know it’s getting really annoying. I work in retail so I hear it like every hour.. it has noting to,do wiht Christmas all it is doing is making bob geldofoh richer, wiht royalties. I whould hope he whould still dontae some of the royaltie money to famine relief. I think he has even come out and said he wish they whould stop playing it, every year as he finds it annoying.
This song is bizzare. At work all I can hear, is the donkey sound, and la la la part, I am left wondering what on earth are they singing about..lol
