I'm so sorry you are going through this. My thoughts and prayers are with you. I lost my mom on Mother's Day and this is my first post since then. I can tell you two things from my experience, you will eventually get to sleep through the night, but you need to talk about how YOU feel. Keeping it to yourself and being strong for everyone else is not the answer. The second thing I can tell you is that little things are going to come at you out of nowhere and make it seem like you can't go on. Then you will feel the insomnia again and panic. This is when you need to let it out, scream, yell, cry, throw things, whatever helps. But most importantly, log on here and talk to us. This place is home, we are family and people really do take them time to talk and love each other. I can guarantee you that there are members checking this thread to make sure you are okay.
