Don't know if it is the way it is meant, but you can’t view a Member’s profile without being a member and logging in... yet anybody (without being a member or logging in as a member) can see what members are saying to each other on their profiles simply by choosing (while in the SKMB) Members -> New Profile Posts

Log out of the SKMB. Go to the SKMB as though you were a non-member. Put you cursor over "Members" until the drop down appears, then click on "New Profile Posts."
