...I know, I know....I just can't help myself....incorrigibility is one of my many character flaws...
Agreed, EWWWW!...ain't nothin' like spoiled mayo....
My recollection, which is admittedly fuzzy as it was a number of years ago, is that we'd asked Steve if we could have something printed up to send out rather than having to type up a letter every time we got a request about when the next release was coming. He did sign them personally, though.Getting ready to start Wizard and Glass! I've only just begun but had to acknowledge the dedication. That name looks eerily familiar.....
Speaking of our Moderator, I was wondering if you give me some info that is DT related? Some years ago a friend of mine sent me a postcard that pictured the DT series on the front, reissues I believe, with a typed message on the back and signed by SK. It talks about an expanded version of The Gunslinger and states that the "final two books will gallop into print next year" and a few other things. The FYI at the bottom, under the sig, says, "the card is computer generated. The signature is real"
Do you know what these post cards were for or have any details on them? I honestly forgot I had it and lo and behold there it was!
Awesome! thank you! I don't know where my friend got it but she knew I would love it. Now that it's been found perhaps a frame would come in handy so I don't forget it againMy recollection, which is admittedly fuzzy as it was a number of years ago, is that we'd asked Steve if we could have something printed up to send out rather than having to type up a letter every time we got a request about when the next release was coming. I am intrigued.........from the emoticon it doesn't appear that that is going to be a good thing.......You are going to meet Rhea of the Coos...
Lol, you truly are a woman of few words arent you...nope
Can't wait to dig in! I'll keep you guys posted!W&G is my favorite the series--I envy you the first journey through it
Is the revised one worth reading?I still like the original Gunslinger better than the revised, though.
Is the revised one worth reading?
It is said to be easier to read, and fits the series better - I haven't read the original though so can't compare, I read the revised version and liked it.Is the revised one worth reading?
