You know, maybe that is what's been going on. Brain damage. Despite that the doc diagnosed me with a sand allergy. I'm glad if others notice because I can't tell the difference.

It's fairly accurate, actually. A sand allergy can cause severe hallucinations. Though I was on a beach I thought I was at the Grand Canyon, or some other gaping geographic hole (a subconscious connection between such a projected image and a certain individual occurs to my mind, but I won't proceed with that at this time).
