Hello everyone. I am listening to the audiobook (a fabulous rendering by Frank Muller, I might add) and at one point there is a reference to Jack's working on this guy Palamountain's farm. Now for the life of me I can't remember this. He was working in the Oatley Tap, yes, but this? And I can't leaf back for obvious reasons, and trying to find the event when the book is 28 hours long would be a fool's errand. I don't think the authors would mention this in passing without having described it earlier. Except if one author thought the other had mentioned it but was mistaken, wink wink! Thanks in advance!

The Road of Trials 4 about 3 paragraphs down. Had enjoyed Mrs. Palamoutain's generous meal. Thought of him seeing Richard again had kept him going while working on the farm.
