Yer no fun.
Well, actually.... no, better not. :a24:
:yes_pig:

:lol: Are you saying my workout routine is too raunchy - or my top shelf abs are just too much for our unstable younger guests.

I saw that video at a mens health and fitness seminar - "do we get group discount if we sign up" some people just don't get a joke!

No worries - Ill keep trolling flake! :casanova:
I laughed out (very) loud when I saw it... seriously funny stuff.

Heart of the South
When my Zumba teacher started making us do kicklines and dancing with partners and big groups dancing towards each other like The Sharks and Jets, I quit. I fondly called my Zumba class
The zumba circle jerk.
We had a young instructor who wanted us to do that - circle dance
circle jerk
. I wish I'd thought to sing that song. We showed very little interest in it and that was the only time she tried.

Saw that commercial on the television...the one about heart disease and one push-up? Cheerios, too...I think eating Cheerios is good for the heart. Haven't worked up the energy to start doing the one push-up a day. Meh. Apples look good...taste good. Bananas. Put em on ice cream, pour some chocolate on it? Good stuff, Menard. But yeah...guy I went to school with...he dies the other day. Had had surgery on his legs...or something...dunno what happened for sure...some kind of bleeding. We die young...my side anyway...the wife will probably live to be old. Work can be exercise...all the wrong kind I imagine. Shoulder bothers me time to time...maybe arthritis. Can't blame it on the cat. No cat. Rabbits out in the yard though...pesky little bassers...eatin the apple trees. Went out and put some orange fencing around em...snow will wipe that out soon. Walkin. Walkin is good for you. Probably the best thing you could do. Soon. There's no rhyme or reason.

I bet you get enough exercise just from your line of work Walt! and yes - walking is one of the best. I used to run when I was in my prime (but now I can't do it all the time!) :biggrin2::run_pig:

yeah...I was running when running wasn't cool, too...snow-covered shoulders and not just my pic...but that was fun trying to increase my stride snow puffing out...anywhere from two to eight miles a day. I'd empty the missile silos, today, someone asked me to run.
