So how come the guards
up on that perch didn't see that tide of undead coming down the street? Isn't that kind of the point of having an elevated look-out like that?

I miss the turtle on Walking Dead, more than I do Nick
Actually, I thinkWe have two Nicks in the Walking Dead world. One who likes to drain drugs from bedridden old folks IV's and one whois a Glen-killer. Thank you my ass! Thank you is a gift of food, or medicine, or ammo, not falling on/with them and dragging them to their deaths! Someone who writes for the show must have been bullied by a Nick growing up. Or it's a friendly jab at Greg Nicotero. A play off of his last name or something.
Especially if he's still wearing creepy old dead guy's clothes. And being a Junkie, at that. His seizures and withdrawals out to be all SORTS of fun in tight quarters.Let's see Junkie Depp on the boat with those close quarters....nothing could go wrong there.
I think it's the resolution to the FTWD snippets they've been putting in commercial breaks during TWD. So we get to find out if they survive the crash. It'll be interesting after all the sneak peeks.Since it appears the first show includes aplane crash, we will probably delay starting this season. My husband has a bit of flying to do, and it's stressful enough right now. Not that he is afraid of zombies on a plane...but people doing yoga, or just being @$$3$ is bad enough.

That's one thing I like about it, too. It's original. There's no blueprint. One thing I do like about this series...Is that there is not someone saying according to the comic books.
