It was absolutely amazing.... Reinforced that
ka is a wheel
and
I was worried about Abra at the end, another book there I'm sure
I almost felt sorry for
The True Knot, they loved each other. ALMOST
And it is right up there now along with IT as my favourite King book of all time. What do I do now it's finished???? I feel rung out. God I hope these spoilers have worked. Mr King, I never address you personally but I'm doing so now. Thank you. (and thank you guys and girls for showing me the spoiler trick xx)

I started the book Tuesday evening, at 6.... I can't help it. I read solidly for hours when I get a new book. I've actually had it since Christmas but didn't dare start it until I knew I had some clear evenings. Because once I start I literally can't stop. I'd love to pick a book up and read a few pages then do something, but I can't. And I read very quickly. Re-reads are good for me cos I go slower. But when it's a new one I've been waiting for I gobble it up without breathing.

I actually wish I could still do this, it's been years since I was last able to read a book all within a few days--here I am today having to (again) go to the library to beg and plead for an extension on my borrowing time to get NOS4R2 finished... and it's a great book! I should have been done with it already, I just keep falling asleep when I read... *sigh*

It's better known as "life" . The daily interruptions of children, chores, critters. By the time you can sit and read, the body shuts down, the eyes close and sleep ensues. I sure do hope the library will allow an extension.

I finished Doctor Sleep too. I really liked the story about Danny. I wanted to have more about him and felt a little let down that's all there was going to be. But after thinking about it, I decided that's all there could be. After he confronted his demons and was able to overcome them, what else could there be? It's the end. So, all in all, it was a great novel. I was having this discussion in my head for days after I finished it..so for me to have this story on my mind and asking questions and trying to find answers proves it was great. :) I love stories that stick with me even after I read the last page.
