Thank you so much everybody, so nervous that I don't think I'll sleep tonight...and for once not due to a teething baby keeping me awake. 
Take the negative out (could be) . See it, believe it. It is there!I am trying very hard Spidey. I'm a big believer in positive thinking and what we send out to the universe comes back to us, that attitude has never let me down yet but realistically I know this time I could be disappointed so I need you all to back me up on this one.
Very true, even imagining the negative could manifest it. Thanks for reminding me of that. From now on my mantra will be "this house is mine!".

Absolutely, that's why I wanted this one so much because I know we can make a nice home there. The garden is huge so lots of potential to make a kiddies play area and still have plenty of room left to create a nice flower/vegetable garden and chill out area. Super super excited!

I'm going to view two houses tomorrow and there's one I really really really want but unfortunately somebody else has first refusal on this house before me. This house really is perfect compared to the other we have both been offered and there's next to no chance this other person will refuse it. I am trying so hard to remain positive since I really do believe in the power of positive thinking. If I could receive as many positive vibes as possible from you guys that would go a long way in helping my own mindset...I really want this house and need your help please. Thankya kindly.
