Many thanks to all for the kind words, healing thoughts and prayers for my family and I over the past several weeks. My dad has lost his battle with cancer, but is free from pain. We will celebrate his life tomorrow evening. Thank you all from the bottom of my heart for being here when I needed you. (((SKMB)))

Just popping in quickly to once again thank everyone for their prayers and positive thoughts. The wake and funeral went as well as these things can go. No drama; just peace, good cries and good laughs. The MIL is getting along and there is hope that she will eventually sell the house and move on to a place where she can relax and enjoy life. We know it won't happen for a while, but it seems she is on the right track. Thanks again to everyone. Love to all.

Some kind thoughts for my DIL would be appreciated. Her brother passed away last night. Never been sick in his life. He developed gall stones then sepsis. He died within twenty-four hours of falling ill. This is the third case of sepsis I have heard of in the last couple of months; only one case survived. Don't ignore those pains.
