Hello,
I've been lurking for a couple of weeks and recently posted my first message, and figured today would be as good a time as any to introduce myself properly.
I know I was in my early teens when I first came across Stephen King, but no matter how hard I try, I can't seem to recall which of his books I read first. It was probably The Long Walk or Christine, but I suspect I will have to live in uncertainty.
Now, at almost 40, I have read most of his novels and short stories, with the exception of the Dark Tower series.
On my profile page I have listed Blaze as my favourite book, but sometimes when I re-read a book I find it has qualities I didn't notice the first time, or that it wasn't quite as good as I remembered, so reserve the right to revise my opinion.
Well, I think that's about all worth mentioning. This presentation seemed a little less bland and meager in my head than it does on the screen, but I'm a reader, not a writer, so I hope I will be forgiven.
