Thanks Dana, I'm writing something more on scary situations between daily mommy duty. Baby boy Alex is adorable. It's not always easy but definitely worth iᎿ.
You understand that this story is segments written by each contributor to make one, flowing story, right? Your segment will depend on what the writers ahead of you have done, so you have to stay on task of the story given to you.

Good Lord - how is it nearly time again? I'm too shy and slightly odd to participate. But I do enjoy reading!
Excellent! Holly, by the way, I was sitting alone at McDonald's earlier today when I had the most coincidental experience. You wouldn't believe it! I am not as tech savvy as one might think; I cannot even connect to a proxy server. I left the apartment at 7:20, not surprised by the out of season humidity. I remember last nights thunderstorm; two or 3 AM, thunder cracked loud enough to cause an ear piercing cacophony of car alarms. I remember running outside barefoot and immediately regretted it. It was cold!
McDonald's is a hop skip and a jump north of the Grande Tapatillo Hilton, tucked away inside of a Chevron Station. I wanted one gallon of milk, then I realized that McDonald's does have a fast Wi-Fi connection. Needless to say, that as if an uffish steadfast thought grew closer, silence. That's all I heard. And I looked at my phone and a stranger, standing nearby spoke loudly "Only at McDonald's, right?" He was an olive skinned, relatively handsome man with dark hair. His voice resonated over the silence. "McDonald's? "I was waiting for Walgreens to open" I replied idiotically. (Milk was cheaper there) I remained composed and laughed a little, the exchange was brief and ended with "Don't worry, you'll survive!"

Nomik, I.... um.... this is coincidental? I must admit I'm sort of lost here. Maybe it's just I not understanding your story or the connection it has with Holly's post?

That's fine! No offense taken, it wasn't meant to be the story. This is how pushback works.;- I understand Doc was hoping you'd write something. The previous narrative was a continuation of this thread. Did you need me to clarify the purpose for the sake of continuity? We will have two days to write. That's all:sure::beaten:

Hi, help me understand.
What's pushback?
I'm not sure how your narrative continues the thread where people are signing up to write on the Halloween story?
What does Doc have to do with this?
Thanks! :)
