I have never met anyone, including the person I see in the mirror, who could not benefit from resolving just so. This is perhaps the finest of all resolutions.

You should be more ambitious! [I would add "watch more TV" to the list!]I want to eat more candy and exercise less. I think this is an achievable goal.
and eat more deep fried and fast foods!
