Well, I"m out. I have to run. I'm solo this year so got an invite and I'm heading out. Please everyone, love your people. Love them with everything you have even when they make you angry and tick you off! They are unique to your memories and history -- good, bad and ugly.

Happy Turkey Day Today Everyone...

Turkey is still slightly frozen. Need to stuff it and get it in the oven. Love the roaster bags. This year my son wants to cook with me. Think he wants to try out the new mandolin slicer...gonna make a great sweet potato dish...

Take care...
Oooohh be careful with that mandolin slicer! We call ours the finger slicer. :icon_eek:

Happy Thanksgiving everyone!!

Thanks my love, Flake. Chocolate makes me HAPPY . . .so I'll be able to get by. The good thing is that I came home to baked eggs made by my babe. Aw, the man knows what I like.

Do you crack them first? I have actually never heard of "baked eggs" but it sounds like a great idea

@Bevee-from-the-Levee -- Hey there, I'm giving you a chance to post 5 more posts so you are unmoderated before I leave. Otherwise, it might be a couple hours before you can see your posts because I may be the only one on duty today. So, if you would like to post freely, here's your chance to do it before I leave, if you want to that is. Not forcing you by any means, just trying to be nice.

That is exactly how you make them, Nees. It only takes minutes and you can add meat and cheese too. If you want an Egg McMuffin type, just add a little water and use Canadian Ham as your base. Perfect!
I wonder if it would work in a silicone muffin pan? I have some eggs and cheese and I will probably make these for breakfast tomorrow. Right now I think I should go to bed (it is 1:19 a.m. here) :tranquillity:

If you just use eggs use a butter spray if you don't use meat for a base. It only takes about 14 minutes so don't walk away . . .pre heat to about 350 . . .they are quick meals that I use a lot.
