I've been reading Stephen King for close to 20 years, starting in junior high. (Yikes, can't believe that was 20 years ago already...). What compelled me to join the forum is that I've been rereading a lot of his books over the past six months, culminating in rereading It for somewhere around the 5th time recently and then seeing the movie which frankly blew me away.
His books and stories have been a big part of my life that I keep coming back to periodically, but lately I've been thinking about taking a deeper dive into them and rereading everything in order. I was an English major but have gone in a different direction career wise that leaves me yearning for a reason to take a more serious look at fiction again, and I think Stephen King is where I want to focus that. I'd be curious to hear if anyone else has done something like this before.
Looking forward to participating here and reading what other fans have to say!
