this was me - 5 years ago, storm filming in my garden

just watch how close the lightening gets to my dumb bare foor ass on the grass !

That's magical Sheemie! Storms are awesome and probably my most favorite thing in the world. When I am lying on my deathbed, just roll me out into a tornado, let me be swept away to Oz. 10 feet is pretty close for lightning - did you feel it?

I didn't feel anything HG , I was stood barefoot on a log stump on the grass, otherwise I reckon I would have been zapped! I did smell it though- it was awesome. I love standing out in the rain watching the Lightning strikes.

Me too! I've heard that you can feel the hairs on your head stand up. But I've not been that close to lightning so I can say from experience.
