That's good weather for germinating seeds! (We have a late growing season here)
Had a good storm roll through here around 3 this afternoon. Warning said 1.25 inch hail and 70 mph winds. We got the winds here but no hail.
Small town about 15 miles from us got hammered though. Seeing some crazy pictures. Whole roofs blown off, broken windows from hail, siding with holes clear through to the insulation! From hail. Thank goodness we didn't get any of that, but feel so sorry for those who did.

We got the wind, thunderstorms and pea sized hail a few hours ago. Thankful it wasn't worse.
that's awful! Poor people! Glad you guys are safe Cat and Morgan.
My roof is supposed to get finished this week. I don't know how anyone works on roofs in this heat. It always feels hotter on the roof than on the ground.

Saw an update from weather service this morning, the storm yesterday produced hail up to 2.25 inches and the highest wind was clocked at 85 mph. It continued a damaging path into South Dakota.

I had to Google who that was, but assumed it was a storm chaser. Can't believe he's about an hour away from where I am! Haven't even heard anything about a tornado warning.
(On a lighter note, I'm really tired and read his name as Beard Trimmer at first! No worries - I took care of that earlier.)
Those tornadoes can stay away from all of us. Be safe cat in a bag and family! Praying everyone stays safe. And all the critters too.
