I cut myself again on another impenetrable plastic package. I'd like a couple minutes alone with a person that designs these things.
It's not a bad cut but it's one of the impossible places to keep a bandage attached. I poked a hole with the tip of a knife right in the soft area between my thumb and finger. I hate hand cuts because: 1. I use my hands and 2. it's impossible to wash your hands without getting the bandage wet.
Don't feel bad, I'm fine. I just want to vent some more about these plastic packages that are impossible to open. I'm going to ask an emergency room doctor sometime about how many people are treated because of these things. I'll bet these packages are more dangerous than fireworks.
Next time try one of these for those impenetrable plastic packages. That's what I make my kids use.I cut myself again on another impenetrable plastic package. I'd like a couple minutes alone with a person that designs these things.

Can you try this-
also called New Skin and Skin Shield.
You and me both apparently as that's all I have on hand, too.I keep meaning to get some of this but you know I'm old school and can never think of anything but a rectangular bandage.

Have you ever tried this stuff? The pain is near unbearable. I’d rather have a wedgie pulled up over my head than use that torture device again. Can you try this-

Scissors work good for most packages but even then, the edges of the plastic can still cut the hell out of you while you're trying to pry it apart.
Only used it once/ cut between toes.Have you ever tried this stuff? The pain is near unbearable. I’d rather have a wedgie pulled up over my head than use that torture device again.
I often hear that from people that have tried it... "Only used it once..."Only used it once/ cut between toes.

Yea but once it's stuck to your fingers, it's jus about impossible remove.Tried removing them with acetone, olive oil, baby oil.I use super glue. It's a chef thing. We use band aids...hot sauté pans...and super glue.
