I finally saw the miniseries

I like the new movie, but Pennywise was scary looking at all times. Makes it hard to see how kids would get close to him at all.

As a kid I wasn't scared of scary things, I used to go around trying to catch snakes and my dad brought home a rattlesnake once and I didn't have an ounce of fear. As an adult however, rattlesnakes give me the creeps. Kids are weird in what spooks them and what doesn't, well some kids, not all.

Agreed. Although then I think they'd get close with awe instead of the, dunno, warm feelings of seeing a friendly clown.
