Hi all
I've had my first round of chemo on Tuesday. I also had to have 3 lots of blood transfusions as well as my haemoglobin level was very low. I had blood and half my chemo Tuesday then Wednesday another blood transfusion plus chemo. I also have a chemo pump on now that is attached to my port, that comes off tomorrow.
I was feeling tired and since the transfusions have been better, I have chemo every 2 weeks.
I will try and work next week but I'll see how I feel.

Just after my first chemo I ended up with a bad rash all over my upper body including my face. Luckily I've had a double dose of tablets and it's better but still hasn't gone completely, I think I will have it all through chemo. Had my second round last week and am back at work this week. I haven't had to have any more blood tranfusions. I see my Oncologist tomorrow so will see what he says.
