My family is from Wyoming (I was born there, myself), & I love it (well, not so much the south east part). It's the smucking humidity in Nebraska that gets to me--it's like you hit a wall of it as you cross the WY state line

I always thought there was a wall of humidity dividing Nebraska in half. East is definitely humid. I'm from the Western side of the state.

...honey, those are from a longtime local bakery that has been in the same family the whole time...they are wonderful and get orders from folks all over the country...
...thanks everybody for the kindnesses, and permitting my prideful episode...he was my first child and he makes us feel that we have done something right as parents...it's such a muckpit at times, that you're never really sure your going the proper way, but he has done us proud...I will pass along the well wishes...and will forward the Hoss inspired travelogue if he feels the pull to escape "The Wastelands"...
I have three sons and if you're any kind a parent you take pride in anything and everything your children accomplish in life. But it is extra sweet when one chooses to serve his country. Congrats to both the parents and the son.
