Hello all...I am reading "A memoir on the craft of writing " by Stephen King...and I have never been more inspired..My name is Derek Ray and I have a Ba in English that I obtained a long time ago..I am inspired to write again and compile the rejection slips that will lead to my first publication...Where do I begin? Thank you for any help you can give me...

Welcome, Carpe! On Writing has had that effect on many budding writers. For me, freedom to fail was freedom to write. Understanding that I didn't have to write another Ulysses was liberating. Reach for the stars but be proud if you only catch dragonflies. Like Mal said, just write.
