Has SK come to embrace the iPad? I remember reading an article way back when the iPad came out that he had no plans to buy one as he could do most everything with a regular computer and he would read books on a kindle. However, in Mr. Mercedes the characters use iPads and in Revival the young girl Jamie starts sleeping with alludes to Apple releasing a tablet styled computer. Just wondering.

That's how most people come to embrace the iPad/tablet. My husband did and now it's permanently attached to his hands from right after dinner until we go to bed.
