Thanksgiving isn't a holiday here, but I really miss it. So on the Sunday after I do as traditional a dinner as I can. Ireland is improving produce available. So I boil and puree the Halloween pumpkin, cranberry sauce, two kinds of potato white and sweet roasted, turkey from the local butcher, sausage stuffing, ham and peas and onion.

....since the loss of my Mom, I've been thinking a lot about Thanksgivings of the past....my family has always been small, but those that have moved into the clearing, have never left the "table of my mind"....
That's why I hunt G...

It's what I always did with my daddy, then with my daddy and my son on every Thanksgiving...

Since his passing in 14 it's just me and mine...

Nice but not the same.
