I heard of a 'molar' pregnancy or when they go in a find something that has bits of fat, hair and teeth in it (rather than a baby). It's some kind of cyst or whatever that can grow in a woman's uterus - but in her head - wow! That's creepy.
I don't think it migrated. I think it's her own identical twin that grew there from when they were still just a cluster of cells.Life is so darn strange. Glad she'll recover, but how does an embryo migrate to your brain?
Ah - that makes much more sense. My brain - I swear I used to be better than this. I know someone with 2 sets of nipples - she was told by a doctor that she absorbed her twin - there's a word for that somewhere.I don't think it migrated. I think it's her own identical twin that grew there from when they were still just a cluster of cells.
I'm left handed - that could explain a few things about me.Left-handed people absorbed their twin...?
I'm ambidextrous. Was I triplets?
...or, since I was actually born twins... were we quads?
You were like the Dionne Quintuplets - ya coulda been famous man!Left-handed people absorbed their twin...?

Oh! Oh! - I just remembered - it is called a "teratoma" when they find hair, teeth and fat etc. in a fetal sac, rather than a baby.I don't think it migrated. I think it's her own identical twin that grew there from when they were still just a cluster of cells.
Same here!!!I'm left handed - that could explain a few things about me.
So do you struggle with can openers, scissors, screwdrivers? The Ogre says I have everything in the kitchen organized all backwards, but I'm the Queen of the Kitchen, so it goes where I say it goes.Same here!!!
Dionne? Or Donner? *shudders*You were like the Dionne Quintuplets - ya coulda been famous man!
So is Paul McCartney - it just means you are more right brain dominant (I think), therefore more creative.Same here!!!
Before your time (it was in the 30s) - they were famous in Canada - five little girls born in rural Quebec and delivered by an old country doctor. No incubator so he swaddled them up and put them in a roasting pan near the old wood stove - they survived!Dionne? Or Donner? *shudders*
My mom read about them and said they lived very sad lives. Like animals in a cage. And the mother and father were afraid she would be seen as an old sow, so she let the govt. take them. Before your time (it was in the 30s) - they were famous in Canada - five little girls born in rural Quebec and delivered by an old country doctor. I go both ways (as it were) so I can use right-handed utensils n such. But I do find myself holding the can opener with my right hand, reaching over to twist it with my left from time to time. First time my Tall Guy saw this, he stopped, looked, shook his head and kept walking. He's learned by now not to ask.So do you struggle with can openers, scissors, screwdrivers?
