Well, I think at this point it's just a catchphrase for people and the origin does't even enter their mind when saying it. Plus, Lloyd Henreid is a fictional character, so there does't have to be much about him that makes sense...Lloyd Henried killed several people but didn't want to take the lord's name in vain? Lloyd is a weird dude.
