Was just curious about something and was wondering if there was any signifance to it. On books that are or have been made into limited editions they r usually numbered to 500 or 1000 or 1250 ect. I noticed on the UK Editions, especially the 30 and 40 anniversary ones they r numbered to 974. Is there anything significant about that. Is it a European thing. It just struck me as a little weird. Why not 1 more to make it 975. Probably nothing to it but I figured I'd ask u guys. Thanks

I suspect that the limitation was 1000 copies and that 26 copies were lettered (A-Z) and the rest (974) numbered.
