Iceland can actually be warm in summer. Worked there for 6 weeks one summer. But this june in sweden seems to be the warmest since they begun measuring temps. We had three days with about 27-28 C and now it is to followed with three days with about 30 and up to 33 in spots. At least here such temps i june is unheard of. July is usually the hot month, the hottest week usually in the end of july.
And football in Qatar....?? I wonder how many they had to bribe to get that.
Huh, never knew that about Iceland. Yeah, Qatar, a nation which has a flourished football history, because they've qualified for World Cup's and everything ... yeah ... sure ... hmmm. :) And to think that people complained about the World Cup being in the USA in '94!

DiO'Bolic Question for you, have you ever been to Europe or are you too afraid of the pitchforks? :)

I'm not Dio but I'll respond anyway. I was in in England for almost 2 weeks and briefly (1 day) in Scotland when I was 16 or 17. Don't ask me for many details, it was 43 years ago. I've never been back but before Covid was thinking of planning a trip.

In this photo, it kinda of looks like nuclear winter on the day I was there. :) (time has not been kind to my England photos)

I'd like to go back to Stonehenge and see what they've done with the place. :)

Let's swap, Joe, I'll stay in sunny, exotic, beautiful Florida and you can stay in the rain drenched UK, how does that sound? :)
