We had yet another happy SKMB meet up! koofer and I vacationed in beautiful Gulf Shores Alabama, where we had an awesome lunch with Ebdim9th ! I signed over my copy of Elevation to him, and when he’s done we had the idea of passing it around to other members. Happy Friday!

I finally got my groceries this morning. We never made it over to the grocery store Wed. I did get a new Mr. Coffee (Coughie ) I don't buy expensive coffee pots, our water is so hard here, as long as I can get 2-3 years out of one, I count it in the good column. No sense buying expensive ones.

Have both grand-kiddos today. Just put them down for a nap. I have been thinking of our little first grandbaby a lot today. She would have turned 7 today. I cannot hardly believe it has been 7 years.

Hope everyone has a great weekend. We're expecting 4-7 inches of snow. Think I will try to get the tree up tomorrow. Big hugs and positive vibes to all!

I went to the National Cannabis Action place downtown and there was a coffee shop around the corner - I got something similar to the pic above - oy vey - you don't get much for the price they want!

It was Kevin’s parents’ idea. We had the most extravagant condo I’ve ever stayed in. The food was great, and great company Ebdim9th !

I have a few more pictures from our vacation! There is one of koofer and I in the condo, which was amazing. His parents hired a private chef on Friday, so that’s me enjoying dessert. I highly recommend the Gulf Shores Zoo because they do animal encounters! I had to choose between the sloths and the lemurs and although I love sloths, they are nocturnal. There’s a cute photo of my son, DannyK, and the lemurs. koofer chose the kangaroo encounter! They liked him. We are packing to head back to NH now....

Are you on any type of medication that might help to keep you calm while you work?

I know when I get a bit of anxiety I will take half a tablet of Ativan or lorazepam (it's the same thing but Ativan is the brand name and lorazepam is the generic name). I was prescribed 1 mg but the tablet has a little line in it so you can break it in half.

The only side effect is that you may feel a bit tired or sleepy but if you take the lower dose it's not as bad.

Yes I am on Effexor and I take some herbal meds like gba and a basic stress relief one that just boosts my Effexor. I was just tired from working Black Friday plus we had a big truck on Thursday we had to process, and I was coming down with a cold. Plus the day I got really frustrated was when I was working with the store manager and I misspoke her direction as something negative. It seemed like she was sort of telling me is sucked at my job,but she is the store manager and that is her job. On this Saturday I got a compliment from one of the managers so that made me fell better. Plus it’s Christmas people are getting grumpy as stuff is starting to seem out quickly

Hello all just to let you all know I am still alive and doing well. This weekend I whent to a large craft sale at our Local university called the butterdome. I got some cool things, bought to much. Got a really cute pennywise mug that is so cute, I will take a pic later, and got some Christmas gifts. It snowed and it sucks... oh and if anyone is thinking of getting seasonal items get them know as places are starting to run out/ clearing them out. And may not have stuff left in a few weeks.

Great New Week!!

Christmas is here very soon, feels like summer just ended, these months fly by too fast. Only few weeks left and we say goodbye to 2018.
But thankfully we get Xmas before that.

A short week for us since we celebrate Independence day on Thursday. A day off for most people in Finland. A day off for me as well.

My flu went away and I feel much better now. I try not to get sick before the holiday, so I can enjoy it.

Stars knee swelled again and today I had to call her a veterinarian that came and gave her penicillin, now I have to give her penicillin shots once in a day for
six days. Thankfully my friend is helping me with it. Hopefully it helps and her knee is getting better.

Great New Week!!

Planning to get Alias Grace for my uncle. After i got The Handmaids Tale last christmas he is into Atwood.
