We MIGHT be able to do the Dysarts Truck Stop. The only problem would be is we have to be back at the hotel to check out by 11 a.m. and catch a shuttle back to the airport to get on the flight to NYC. If anyone is able to help that would be great, if not that's the way it goes. I hope it's not too late.

I think we could make that happen with all the people who will be attending even if we split up helping you out with the transportation.

Perhaps there's someone who is staying near the hotel you're staying at to be able to give you a ride to the breakfast. I could take you back after breakfast as I'm not going to be doing the caravan.

We're flying thru La Guardia and arriving mid afternoon in Bangor on Wednesday! Thursday, I think my mom wants to just explore, then Friday we'll be shopping and resting up for the Cookout! Whoohoo!!

It looks like the weather is going to be perfect! Sunny and mid 80s in the day, low humidity and in the 50s at night, so good sleeping temps!! So excited! I already have tentative plans to meet up with one member before the big shindig kick off. If anyone else is coming in early and wants to catch up, just send me a PM and we can exchange info.

Thanks for the update, GNTLGNT ! I think $23 sounds pretty reasonable. Can't wait!!!

I must sadly bow out. The funds worked themselves out, but a family emergency has come up. My granddaughter's other grandmother had a catastrophic stroke so everyone is gathering there for what will likely be a farewell. Instead of flying up to Maine, we're driving up to Minnesota. Take lots of pictures for me.
