I DO take organic, virgin, unrefined, cold-pressed coconut oil!

I put a tablespoon in my morning coffee (because it grosses me out to just take it as is - LOL! something else that grosses me out!
). I also use it to moisturize with (mostly on my face - sparingly though, because it IS oily!) and I need to start using it on the ends of my hair - my mom does this and I always forget!
