I know Stephen King said that Maximum Overdrive was hus least favorite movie filmed. But what he doesn't know is of he did a reboot that it would kill in the box office. Reboot Mr King. REBOOT!

Welcome. I watched Maximum Overdrive over the weekend. I think just about every movie ever made about a King story will eventually get a reboot… or 3 or 6 of them. How many Children Of The Corn films have been made… something like 10? But hopefully now that King has regained rights to some titles made into movies the quality will become better.

no no re-boot for maximum overdrive. I love it just the way it is.. I think it was perfect for the time.. I am not Shure how well it would translate ell into todays audiences. I an see them saying how boring it is and "why are the trucks going around and around" plus the atm calling him an a$5& I think would get lost. I love my maximum over drive just the way it is
