Norma Rae might be considered a chick flick but it's a great movie.Beaches, Steel Magnolias, Love Story. I’ve since learned to run away from any movie tagged with “Chick Flick.”

My impression was that you felt that Owl was dead and buried. Christopher Robin and Pooh are sad.

I totally feel you on this! Have you ever seen Peter Bogdanovich's What's Up, Doc? Another not that great film, but the final scene is lovely for those who dislike Love Story. I don't want to post a clip with ads, but if you Google 'What's Up, Doc? ending" the scene I am talking about will come right up.
I know I am an outlier here, but I absolutely hate Breakfast Club (and most other John Hughes films). I have yet to meet others who hate the film. It seems Breakfast Club is universally loved. I've given it three chances (once on my own and twice with different friends). Nope, nope, nope. Cannot come to like that film.
I have never cared for the Rocky Horror Picture Show. I just find it so bloody stupid.

...I was in my 20’s in the 80’s and just never got the fawning over and fascination with the so-called “Brat Pack”....yep, I was a curmudgeon even then....
I'm going to get yelled at for this but... The Exorcist. It just didn't scare me. Not a fan of The Godfather, either.
