Ahhhhhhhhh!!!! I waited to read Revival because I was going on a trip for Thanksgiving and thought it would be perfect to read on the plane. I about flipped out when I saw my town in it!! I live in tiny Nederland, CO and this book has made my year!!! Now I just need an autographed copy!!! :)
Welcome! It's always fun to find a town you know in a book, King or any other author. There was a limited edition that was signed and numbered of Joyland, but it is long sold out.

Nederland was also the place where the Colorado Kid came from in the book of the same name. If you watch the TV show Haven, which is inspired by the novel, Audrey and Duke went there to try to get some information about him.

I lived on the Big Island for years so had a similar reaction to Jamie's relocation to Kailua...Nene Goose Bakery is a real bakery, btw.

Has King actually been to Hawaii?
